Metal Fabrication
We use robotics to automate the metal fabrication process from start to finish.
Need to make 5,000 pieces of one part?
No longer do we have to worry about complacency or fatigue causing errors and part defects.
Starting by moving material to or from the CNC, to bending, tapping, forming, welding, polishing, and shipping.

Material Cutting
Truly Top-Notch
Lasers tend to be more accurate and quicker than their plasma-cutting cousin, yet plasma cutting can cut through every single metal type whereas lasers cannot.
Plasma cutting is a more dangerous process than laser cutting, however, its ability to cut thick materials makes it a valuable tool in any metal shop.
Robotic Sheet Metal Bending
Unapparelled bending accuracy
Bending large pieces of material can be a difficult task, requiring upwards of 3-4 people, this raises the cost per unit while greatly reducing labour efficiency. Combine this with labour shortages for sheet bending operators, the long-term viability of the metal fabrication sector is in need of innovation.
Producing large production runs of the same part can cause press brake operators to become complacent.
Causing tolerance and potential quality control issues. (This gets compounded every additional bend that's needed.)
Robotic Welding
Perfect welds, every time, no exceptions
By using robotics, it allows us to solve skilled labour shortages while simultaneously lowering our overhead costs and increasing our product quality all in one.
